Served as the Onsite Registration Lead for a high-profile 1,200-person event held alongside the UN General Assembly. This event required meticulous coordination, including managing multiple entry points for media teams and VVIPs, organizing early badge pickups to reduce lines, and ensuring the smooth check-in of 1,200 attendees. With a culturally diverse audience from around the world, I worked to ensure a seamless and efficient registration process, while also addressing specific accommodations where needed to enhance the overall attendee experience.

As Registration Lead, I oversaw a 420-person event from pre-planning to onsite execution. My role included building the registration website, managing attendee communications, and onsite execution. In Nigeria, I worked closely with local team members who had deep insights into their culture and customs. I approached the event with respect as their guest, balancing their ideas with the non-profit’s high standards to deliver an event that honored both.

In addition to this, we worked to ensure that specific accommodations were in place for attendees with special needs, providing a seamless and inclusive registration experience for everyone.

As Registration Lead for a 250-person event in Seattle, I managed the entire registration process, including website build, housing, and onsite excecution. A critical aspect of this event was ensuring that all attendees signed a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before completing their registration. To address this, I designed and built the registration website with an integrated system that required attendees to sign the NDA before proceeding. This ensured that no one could complete their registration without signing the necessary documents, maintaining confidentiality and protecting sensitive information.
